Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White Flour is milled from the endosperm of hard red spring wheat and enriched to government standards. This flour is not bromated. Containing 12% protein, this flour is optimal for bread baking and anywhere all-purpose flour is needed.
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour is milled from whole grain soft white wheat and is just the thing for baking where baking soda or baking powder is the leavening agent. Use it for cookies, muffins, quick breads, pie crusts, and wherever a lighter touch is desired.
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour is the answer to your customer’s gluten free baking needs.
